Welfare check requested for children at home

Caller works for BSS and advised he went to do a welfare check on children and the adult denied him access to the home.

Should be a (number withheld)-year-old, ten-year-old, and a newborn in the home.

He just wants somebody to go check on them, make sure they're okay.

And he wants twenty-one, what's your name? They have word out.
