Chief complaint is going to be a necrotic foot, some sort of infection.

Patient was recently discharged from the Sterling Care South Mountain in Boonsboro.

She supposedly has been having issues with this foot for a while.

They were supposed to have been doing wound care, but it doesn't sound like they've been doing so.

Her foot is pretty swollen.

Parts of it are necrotic.

She's complaining of pretty severe pain.

Vital signs are followed.

Heart rate's going to be 85.

Sinus on the monitor with occasional PVCs.

Ninety-three percent on two liters nasal cannula.
