possibly blackish in color.

Caller is stating that the operator is possibly intoxicated.

Supposedly his friend that is a passenger in the vehicle had texted him stating that the operator was intoxicated and apparently won't bring her home.

They were last known High Street passing the Redeemer Church.

All I got so far is High Street passing the Redeemer Church.
