We're en route to your facility emergency with an eighty-four, eighty-four year old male.

Chief complaint is going to be generalized weakness.

Patient at this time has stable vital signs.

Currently at about a 130 , a little bit tachy at a 130 heart rate.

Other than that, the patient is all the other.

Vital signs within normal limits.

The EKG is unremarkable at this time.

EKG is unremarkable but showing slight ST elevation on the patient.

However, the patient does have an appointment with his cardiologist on Tuesday for either a bypass or potentially putting a stent.

Diagnosed earlier this week, but as I said, the patient is currently complaining of generalized weakness.
