was tailgating and speeding left Hannaford in Brandon, going onto Center Street northbound.

Again, BOL[1] black Mercedes sedan, out of state plates, last seen at the Hannaford in Brandon, took a left onto Center Street heading northbound, was tailgating and speeding.
