Caller worried about horse tied outside grocery store

There's supposed to be a horse that's tied up to a handicap post in front of the store.

Caller's concerned for the welfare of the horse.

They advised her that somebody may have just been riding it out of the Metroparks to grab something to drink and was going to go back, but she's concerned for the horse if you can just check the area.

1627, is this a miniature horse?

She described it as either a miniature horse or a regular pony.
