I reported this. Man was sleeping in electric wheelchair on the side building parking lot. Employee tried waking him 2X. I had noticed him at 3pm and again at 340. That’s when I called and per officers request was able to wake him. 2 officers had arrived before I left. Hopefully he’s okay!
