Man with large knife seen at Maple and Elm home

the area of Maple and Elm.

Maple and Elm caller advised there is a Hispanic male, shorter, heavier set, unknown clothing description, that was standing in front of a house on the southwest side of the intersection, corner house, and he had a very large knife, like a machete, that he was holding on his shoulder while staring at the house.

Caller found it suspicious.
