Good.

00:20

Uh, I think the off ramp from Park Avenue is going to work.

00:33

That call 4413.

00:36

Engine 4413, go ahead.

00:39

Is the alarm company unable to put the system into test mode?

00:44

They said they would put the system into test mode.

00:46

This call was made by a resident at the facility.

00:49

Copy

00:54

that. Can we contact the alarm company and see if they did put it in test mode?

01:00

Hey, I'll call back.

01:07

Neck on medic five, we're going to be unavailable.

01:10

Medic 100 is required.

01:12

01:19

Engine 4413, neck on.

01:22

Go ahead.

01:24

Hey, from fire alarm company, the alarm is in test mode.

01:27

It stops from showing on their end, but does not stop the alarm from sounding at the site.

01:39

Copy that.

01:41

I'm not sure how the site would, who to speak with at the site.

01:45

If the alarm company could send a tech out on their end, that would be very helpful.

01:51

All right, copy.

01:52

I made that request in the call unit.
