Our caller is advising they were at Portillo's on Bluemound Road.

There was a male on foot who made a ten thirty-two gesture with his hands towards our caller.

Described as a male white wearing beige or gray clothing, carrying a backpack, had a baseball hat on, approximately 30 years old.
