I have a female caller over in Brooklyn say that she was attempting to leave her residence on Alice Street in Brooklyn when a male who was representing himself as someone that worked for pest control

pulled up and blocked her in a driveway.

He kind of rubbed her the wrong way and she just wanted to report him.
