Tree down with live power lines in driveway

really OMG, it's the power companies fault. they are not protecting their own infrastructure. . either by not keeping their right of ways cleared. or something more stupid. when the lines were installed the trees were shorter by a good 20 ft. NOW the trees are higher than the lines or the poles are too short. . yet possibly the right of ways need to be wider
