Flooded river damages line on Brownsville bridge

The river is up and it's still rising.

My main concern is there's a line running across the top of the bridge that a tree has fallen against, and the pole on the west side of the bridge is washed out.

So, but it is fiber optic.

So now I'm sure there's much they can do with it till the water recedes for 43.
