Neighbor suspected of taking cat in apartment break-in

We received a call from the RP saying that she believes her neighbor may have broken into her apartment and taken her cat.

Occurred about 5 min ago.

RP is not entirely sure if he had broken in and is requesting a callback again at (number withheld) Edmunds Street in the bottom left apartment.
