Caller reports phone threats to harm family

Caller is requesting officer 10-43[1] states that there's a number calling him stating that they'll be at his residence in forty-five minutes and are threatening to harm him and his family members.

Again, (number withheld) Brush Creek Circle, and he does not know the number that's trying to contact him.
