Progressively got worse throughout the day.

Patient received four baby aspirins and one nitro prior to my arrival.

Current vitals 140 over 55,

pulse 66, sinus on the monitor, respiratory rate down to 18, three liters nasal cannula.

She's four-five-six, skin pink, warm and dry.
