Disturbance with woman who previously had a knife

Police were sent to an apartment on West Burbank Boulevard after a call with yelling in the background. A man on scene said his sister had a kitchen knife but that he took it away. Dispatch noted she had a past incident where she also had a knife during a mental health episode. She was described as a woman wearing glasses, a colorful shirt, and black spandex pants. She left the apartment and was believed to be associated with a white van. The caller was identified as her brother.
