Man pulls on car door handles in parking lot

E Magnolia Blvd, Burbank, CA

Officers respond to reports of a thin man in a black shirt and cargo pants pushing a shopping cart and pulling on car door handles in a parking lot at Kenwood and Magnolia, across from a pet store on Magnolia Boulevard in Burbank. The reporting person was on the south side of Magnolia. Separately, officers are also sent to check on a woman who lives alone on North Maple after her son repeatedly calls police while crying and unable to speak. One person is later detained in Magnolia Plaza.
