On board we have a 32, 32 year old female coming from home.

She had a witnessed near syncopal episode.

No associated trauma and did she fall over as I said it beforehand.

As well as three episodes of vomiting, very dark vomit.

On scene she was pretty pale and cool, but a on scene pressure of 62 over 40.

I sent about a liter of fluid.

Composition blood pressure has been improving last.
