Reckless driver reported near Patuxent Beach Road

Patuxent Beach Road and Kingston Creek Road.

Caller was advising of a reckless driver in a red Nissan Rogue with a Delaware tag,

Papa Charlie (number withheld) .

He was following them to the light, they're turning left onto three notch going southbound, passing on the shoulder, driving too close, driving recklessly.
