Unhoused man standing close to street raises safety concerns
Disorderly Conductstates there is an unhoused male hanging out on the corner of Broadway and third. Our piece thinks they're standing too close to the street on third and that the unhoused person almost got hit by a car last night. They might as well being checked. That sounds like (name withheld).
