Neighbor dispute over fireworks leads to threat

RP advises that her kids were outside shooting bottle rockets.

The neighbor approached them, told the kids to stop.

The neighbor's husband then came over and stated he was going to physically beat up the RP's husband due to finding four bottle rocket sticks in their yard.
