Patient reports that he's been short of breath since yesterday, got worse.

Vitals right now: a heart rate of sixty-six, showing sinus rhythm on the monitor, 100 % on a nebulizer, respirations 13 , end tidal thirty-five, last blood pressure 01:17 over five three.

He's diminished on his right side with expectoration wheezing throughout.

He's currently receiving 5 mg of fentanyl, 25 or atropine.
