Homebound, I have a seventy-four year old female patient coming from home.

Chief complaint is going to be a possible wound infection.

Patient was recently at your facility yesterday for a bed sore.

You guys prescribed her antibiotics.

However, patient states that the bed sore is leaking.

Bed sore has increased in size.

And it is warm to the touch.

Patient is bed bound.

Patient is A and O times four, GCS 15 .

Vital signs of the patient are as follows: I have a heart rate of 86 to right from the branch on the monitor.

Blood pressure is 140 over 80 .

Patient's breathing about 24 times a minute with an end tidal of 33 .

Patient's room air saturation was 88 % .

Patient does not wear oxygen.

Breaths were noted bilaterally in the left and right lower lobe.

Patient is currently on four liters of oxygen at 96 .
