Chief complaint today is going to be shortness of breath.

Onset was approximately an hour and 15 minutes ago.

Once on scene, her initial room air was 91%.

O2 was bud at four liters with improvement noted.

She does have slight super.

With muscular retractions,

no accessory muscle use was noted.

Lung sounds were occupied and found to be clear and equal.

Patient stated she believes she came down with a cold approximately two days ago with stuffy nose, cough, and lethargy.

She does also have some pitting edema to her lower extremities.

Otherwise, she's a no signs for VCS 15 and vital signs are as follows.

Current heart rate is 102 .

SpO two 94 % on two liters.
