Welfare check after many packages at residence

Caller who reported this located a package while out walking.

It was addressed to (number withheld) Midland Drive.

When they went to bring it there, they observed a large amount of packages stacked outside of the residence that they're concerned for the residents' welfare.

The caller then brought the package into the FO lobby to report this.
