I hope the person coughing up blood is okay I know of one thing that can make you do that that is if you go into septic shock you have sepsis and then it's not taking care of soon enough you will go into septic shock and you will call it but I coughed up bags of blood 60% of people that just happened to which is I don't know if that's what happened to this person but I just wanted a few things that will make you call that blood and 60% don't make it the other 40% has some organ in their body if not more than one destroyed so it's not a good thing and it's terribly terribly painful and scary
