Report of cars racing on Highway 17 near Canon

I don't know if they'll come up as far as Lavonia, but it's a dark blue Mazda and a black passenger car that possibly looked like they were trying to race each other.

They were coming through Cannon.

A couple minutes ago, again, unknown direction of travel after they passed through Cannon.
