Tractor trailer blocking turnaround at Mill Pond

I have a resident reporting there's a tractor trailer unit parked at the turnaround near the mailboxes, blocking access for other vehicles.

They said the operator has been previously thrown out of the complex by maintenance and they've been advised to contact the police if he returns.

I don't have a name for the driver.
