Car blocking driveway while waiting for school bus

Received a call from one of the residents on that at the intersection reporting that there is a parent that parks at the intersection waiting for the bus, blocked their driveway.

They have tried to rectify the situation, have been unable to.

The vehicle is there now.

For a purple BMW.

203, you can disregard.

Apparently the bus already came.

That vehicle's gone now.
