Location is 2328 52nd street northeast.Twenty 328 52nd street northeast.Complainant is advising the neighbor at that address has been running a generator since Tuesday.Has not seen him or his dog for at least since Tuesday.Think his name is Bill.She would like contact with public service, but wants to be anonymous.
