Erratic driver reported on Route 62 and I-77

A caller reported a dark-colored Toyota Matrix driving erratically on Route 62 westbound near Harmont Avenue. The vehicle was traveling about 40 miles per hour, drifting onto the right shoulder, and staying in the right lane with its left turn signal on. The caller, driving a blue Kia Forte, followed as the vehicle continued toward and onto Interstate 77 northbound, passing landmarks such as the Pro Football Hall of Fame bridge. The suspect vehicle’s driving improved somewhat, but it still moved back and forth within its lane while continuing north toward Cuyahoga Falls. The caller kept following and provided updates on the location and speed of the vehicle.
