We arrived on scene and found the patient sitting next to the lifeguard tower.

She's alert, oriented, the person, place, and time, answering all questions appropriately.

Skins are pink, warm, and dry.

Patient has no current chief complaint.

We only found some minor abrasions to her knees from, like I said, getting rolled around in some of the waves.

As far as vital signs, the patient is breathing 16 , full and effective.
