Sounds like he's been nauseated, vomiting, and diarrhea for approximately a week.

Extremely weak.

Family was going to try and bring him in themselves, and on the way to the vehicle, he had to sit down on the ground.

He did not.

They helped him down.

He sat down on the ground out in the yard and waited for us to come and pick him up.

Current vitals: blood pressure is 105 over 74 .

Heart rate's been anywhere from 90 to 120 .

O two is 94 % .

I do have an IV established, giving him a fluid bolus right now.

As well as he's had 4 mg of zofran.

He's had dry heaves probably two three times since we made patient contact.
