Construction worker confronts driver at school zone

He went through the construction zone by the elementary school, was flagged down by one of the workers who told him he was driving too fast.

Apparently the worker slapped his vehicle and poked his head into the caller's vehicle.

Caller has since left as he had to go to work, but he would like a phone call.
