Man in SUV yells at woman walking along road

Joe Road and NC 22/Carthage Road.

Caller is advising that a male in a white Grand Cherokee pulled up on a female that was walking on foot, started yelling at her, screaming.

Caller didn't pull over due to him having his keys in the car with him.
