Report of reckless driver on Highway 33

I have a drive complaint eastbound on Highway Thirty-three, not quite to our county, just approaching County Highway U in Sauk County.

Stated that there is a brown Ford Explorer with Iowa plates.

It's all over the roadway, crossing center and shoulder by a foot, with varying speeds.

And caller is willing to make a statement.

I can advise Portage as well.
