Man yelling and trying to start fights near bar

Says there's a 54 out of male who got kicked out of the bar, now walking on the side of the road on Cave Creek and northbound on foot, just passing Circle K, yelling and trying to pick a fight with anyone.

He's a white male, approximately 6 ft , thin build, wearing a baseball cap, black shirt, blue jeans with black boots,

carrying a pocket knife,

possibly carrying a pocket knife, and possibly headed.
