Disabled vehicles assisted on I-380 exit ramp, Cedar Rapids IA

00:00

Yeah, I am behind the two vehicles.

00:02

Interstate 380 southbound, just on the exit four ramp, behind the red Dodge Charger.

00:10

License plate is King Henry Paul (number withheld).

00:13

Looks like it's also a silver Dodge Durango in front of it.

00:17

Unable to read the license plate.

00:18

Ten four.

00:23

Two six base.

00:28

Go ahead.

00:30

Yeah, they need a tire change, front driver's side.

00:33

A tire. Unfortunately, where they're at is not safe for a tire change.

00:38

I'm having them go move up the ramp a little bit more.

00:43

So they're off the main highway and I'll do the tire change there.

00:48

All right, ten four.
