Suspicious man with bicycle outside home on Hunt Street

Caller states there's a male there.

He originally stated to the operator that the male was on a bike,

possibly looking into houses.

And then when I spoke to him, he stated that the male is in front of the house, appears to be fixing the bike, but the caller does not believe he's actually fixing the bike, believes he's suspicious.
