Ex-partner slashes car tires and breaks window

Caller states somebody just came and slashed all four tires on her vehicle and threw a rock through the window.

She believes it was her ex (name withheld).

He left in a white Chevy Silverado with a toolbox in the back about 20 minutes ago northbound on Clark.
