Welfare check on child and animals at home

Reference welfare check.

RP called saying he was like a welfare check on his residence and animals as his (name withheld) has been at the home while he's out of town.

He was advised that his animals are not being taken care of by the (name withheld)'s (name withheld).

RP also states that his (number withheld) year old son is with the (name withheld) and he would like to speak with an officer responding about his options and someone coming to pick him.
