Welfare check requested for animals and child at residence

Reference check welfare.

RP called saying he would like a welfare check on his residence and animals as his fiance has been at the home while he is out of town.

He was advised that his animals are not being taken care of by the fiance's nephew.

RP also states that his (number withheld) friend is with the fiance and he would like to speak with an officer responding about his options and someone coming.
