Tractor trailer stuck on ice near store entrance

A tractor trailer became disabled on Woodbrook Drive near the entrance to a home improvement store when it got stuck on ice and the back of the trailer lifted off the ground. The vehicle later freed itself and normal traffic could resume. During the same radio traffic, an officer also reported a found wallet at a supermarket, which they planned to return, and another call noted a middle-aged man with an open container and smoking a joint outside a police substation.
