Semi-truck reported driving unpredictably on Highway 63
Traffic Seven, Howard Tony. Seven, I just took a driving complaint. Not a lot of information. So this is a semi-driver. They were just crossing into Iowa, southbound. She's in a semi. There's a target semi in front of her, but they've been varying speeds. 46 miles an hour to 60 miles an hour for the last 5 to 6 miles. She's not sure exactly what's going on, but if you could maybe head northbound, see if you can spot something. Like I said, they're just coming into Iowa on 63 now, southbound into Chester. 10 for the vehicle, the concern is a target semi. Unsure vehicle of concern. My caller is in a semi, and she said there's a target semi in front of her, but she said she believes there's a whole line of traffic. She's just not certain exactly what is going on. I told her I would have you check the area and see if you could see anything.
