Police received a call about a domestic disturbance in a basement apartment near North Tripp. The caller, identified only as a male relative, reported that his grandmother and aunt were arguing and physically fighting with their young niece and nephew, who are about seven or eight years old. One of the children was described as autistic and having a history of seizures. Officers were requested to respond to handle the family dispute and check on the welfare of the children.
