Suspicious vehicle possibly planning store burglary

N Halsted St, Chicago, IL 60614

Officers received a report of a suspicious man and woman at McShane's Exchange on North Halsted. They were seen acting suspiciously, then getting into a white rental minivan and driving south on Halsted. The caller believed they might be preparing to break a store window and steal items. The woman had long braids, a puffy coat, a large bag, and sunglasses, and the man wore a black skull cap and a blue puffy coat.
