Man chased with bottle on Vincennes Ave

A caller reported an assault in progress near South Vincennes Avenue. A man wearing a red bandana, gold shirt, and gold pants was holding a bottle and chasing another man in green coveralls north on Vincennes. The caller said the man with the bottle then got into a black Volkswagen and continued north, while the other man also ran north. Later, an officer on Vincennes reported that nothing appeared to be happening at the scene and advised units to slow their response.
