Woman in distress reported near Salvation Army

Officers are sent to check on a woman near West 69th Street across from the Salvation Army. She is reported screaming by a door, saying she is stranded and that her children are inside a house. Callers say she ran in front of a bus asking for help, saying a man is after her and that she has no clothes. Later reports say she is holding a stick, and multiple people are calling about her behavior.
