Officers are sent to check on a 13-year-old child with autism living with his father near South Harvard Avenue. A caller reports concern that the father may be abusive and has not answered his phone for two days. Dispatch notes that this caller has a long history of making similar reports about the family and calls almost every day. An officer familiar with the address reports that the father has legal custody and that the child has previously been found safe, and that the caller appears to be harassing the family with repeated allegations.
